You can take a number of actions on behalf of library patrons such as; view their checkouts, amend or cancel their holds, lookup items for them in the ILS and make recommendations or even take them to the item (using StackMap integration)

A thermal printer for printing check out receipts, holds/reservations tickets and labels. An NFC/RFID antenna for scanning the RFID card in the book to read/write data to the card and to change the AFI security code status
